BREEZI TOWER FAN

Fall 2025
Acrylic sheets, PLA,  abandoned tower fan, spraypaint

The Breezi Tower Fan is a fan made from the motor and electronics of an abandoned Holmes tower fan found in the East Village. It’s playful and almost childish aesthetic turns an ordinary fan into a statement piece.

The fan can be turned on and it’s power level adjusted by turning on the acrylic flower on the base, and the air can be directed with the acrylic flower on the top. These unconventional controls separate Breezi from it’s generic counterparts and creates a more satisfying and easy adjustment experience that makes this fan perfect for both adults and children.

At the end of life, the acrylic tower is removeable and can be reused for lighting or a sculptural piece. The 3D printed base can be unscrewed and come apart to be recycled.
